Pros

Flexible working (but dependent on manager!), nice building, global brand, interesting projects and good exhibitions.

Cons

Too many to list but highlights include: no career progression, low salaries, bureaucracy, hierarchical, sexism, group think/echo chambers, structural racism, incompetence everywhere, homogenous culture, no social culture, a CEO who is involved in all decisions (even tiny ones), sword fighting amongst senior men (of which there are too many) and brow beaten competent women. Only the incompetent, those lacking ambition (“at least I’ve got a job”), those seeking to do the absolute bare minimum 9-5 and men can survive this utterly toxic environment.
