ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Worst place for any teacher to work. One thing for sure teachers worked here will go to heaven as they would have already experienced hell here.

Toxic Foundational Years Co-Ordinator. Absolutely no respect for teachers. Anyone can talk anything about teachers, but teachers should be respectful to all. Should not sit and work with your partners, not talk to your partners, you are expected to only work like a machine. No scope for growth and creativity. PATHETIC subject knowledge for the heads! Basically teachers are treated a SLAVES! You have to work like a donkey, but should not expect salary. The Principal has no ethics at all! She threatens teachers who leave the school, that other schools will not respect and they'll throw you after sometime so don't believe others and join, you'll feel bad later. Whatever they say we have to agree to it otherwise we'll hear comments that will not grow in career. Paying money and getting relieved is a punishment for teachers......these are the kind of words used by the Principal. You cannot take leave even if you are in death bed. They do not trust the teachers but others. Even if your own child is sick you have to provide the medical certificate if you have taken leave to look after your child! PATHETIC. The worst Foundational Years Co-ordinator. They never listen to what teachers have to say! Teachers have to shake their head and complete work like a machine. Not a single teacher who has left the institution so far has been sent with respect they deserve, neither the teachers have left the institution happily and peacefully. Worst place for work experience. Teachers don't have the basic right to have their 'SALARY SLIP' every month. A request has to be sent to the accounts head......101 questions will be asked for that!
