Pros

If you are looking to get low pay for little work - Then - Working at this company has been a mixed experience. The overall pace is extremely slow, which often makes day-to-day work feel repetitive and uninspiring. Projects tend to move forward at a crawl, and the lack of energy or momentum can make it difficult to stay engaged.

Cons

One of the biggest challenges is the lack of leadership accountability. Decisions are frequently unclear, inconsistent, or delayed, and when issues arise, leadership rarely takes ownership. This creates frustration across teams and leaves employees feeling unsupported. Clearer direction, stronger follow-through, and greater responsibility at the leadership level would significantly improve the work environment. The slow operations and limited accountability from leadership make it hard to recommend this company to those seeking growth, efficiency, and a well-structured workplace.

Pros

The guests make the work meaningful.

Cons

If you have low expectations of yourself and little work ethic you'll thrive in the lack of accountability and structure. As long as you don't actively cause trouble and keep your head down, you'll be great. Stick to the middle. Make sure you work at least an hour or two...
