      None. TCP essentially steals from its donors.

      Cons

      Almost everything. The crazy high turnover should tell you everything you need to know about TCP. Any positive review you see was paid for. You do NOT want to work here if you care about your free time. The only promises they can make is absolutely NO work-life balance, an exhausting travel schedule, and a draconian president who only cares about keeping money flowing into her pockets.

      Pros

      I’ve been The Challenge Program for two years now. It really has been a stellar experience and I’ve gained an immense amount of knowledge. I really appreciate the amazing team here and we hold together a very strong and positive work environment alongside very welcoming and accepting environment for all current and new employees.

      Cons

      Being a nonprofit, sometimes the pay is not hyper competitive with people in similar positions, and the public sector in the same vein. Sometimes the workload can be a bit heavy because it does require a certain level of passion and drive to handle.
