You do not need to have had prior experience in the hospitality industry for their starting positions because you will be trained in the traditions of excellence and attention to detail that are not universal for the industry. Excellent compensation for the island's standards.

Work-life balance is not always great, and there could be tension within the team members depending on each summer's crew.
