      Free climbing, free tea/coffee on shift and discounts in shop and cafe. Lovely people to work with

      Company is in financial strain and this is lashed out on staff, with upper management coming off as hostile at times. Non-salaried staff are not prioritised for shifts and pay is very low compared to competitors
