By far the best place I have worked, management is easy to talk to, will work with you when they are able. They work hard to provide a great work environment and everyone has a great working relationship.

There are too many downfalls, I appreciate and enjoy working for this company. Biggest downfall is at times it gets busy, and things can be chaotic.

I came in to The Computer Hut very green. This was my first true technical job, and to say that I was nervous was an understatement. However, the team here was amazingly welcoming. From day one, you get the feeling that everyone wants to see you succeed and will do everything that they can to help you thrive. I love that you get to experience so many different environments. Every day is a new challenge, and the feeling of solving a tricky puzzle is awesome. The clients are great, and it's fun getting to know them along with their environments. Again, that feeling of having them come to you with a problem, taking the time to figure it out, go back to them with a solution, and hear the gratitude and relief in their voices once the problem has been solved is unparalleled. The management at The Computer Hut is among the best and most caring that I've ever seen. There is an open door policy, and they encourage everyone to use it. I, personally, have come to them with various problems, both professional and personal, and they have worked with me and provided either a solution or a pathway for me to succeed.

There isn't much negative for me to say. I know that some have spoken about wanting to do more remote work, but I enjoy the team environment.
