Pros
- tight-knit community, everyone knows everyone, and most are willing to help each other - above and beyond customer service - most employees (especially in the rental warehouse) pour their blood, sweat, and tears into this company - despite their flaws, management is very dedicated to the constant improvement of the company
Cons
- almost complete lack of trend/cultural awareness that shows in products purchased - low pay - upper management has a strong aversion to change - retail management tends to micro-manage, I felt like I had to get approval for tasks I should've been trusted to complete solo
