Its a generally easy job with management being very flexible and working with your circumstances, in most cases.
Cons
Forced holidays off with no holiday pay, so your celebration for each holiday is -8 hours of your pay check with no compensation, only way to make it up is picking up extra hours or working on the weekend. There are no regular raises but they still do monthly inspections but dont worry, even if you arent doing that great, they wont fire you, you'll just be transferred to another building for that building to be upset with you. They punish good workers by asking them to essentially make up where the bad employee left off. If you work here, my personal opinion is DONT DO THAT, let them get complaints against them, if the teachers just see the result of what you've done, they wont ever see the sloppy job the other worker did and you'll constantly be cleaning up their mess. There's a constant breakdown in communication especially on a managerial level and training is incomplete.
