Cons
Management does not care about your safety. If a resident assaults you nothing will happen. There is zero cohesive training and you are largely left on your own to make decisions with very little helpful feedback.
Management enforces rules willy nilly and has no continuity with the residents so residents and their guests do whatever they like with no regard for the staff.
If a resident or guest threatens you nothing will happen.
If you have a problem management will try and placate you and do nothing meaningful to solve said problem.
Management pushes whatever problem they can onto property management but do nothing to leverage that relationship.
