The employees are nice and friendly.

I worked here for way too long, guess I was just scared of going through the interview process again. They owners do not know how to run a company. They do not trust their employees. You are not allowed to have your phone out, if you do, you most likely will get written up. They micromanage and are always peaking over your shoulder to make sure you are doing what you are supposed to. They even time how often you go to the bathroom and how long you are in there. They always promise promotions but they never stick to their promises. If you stop to chit chat even for 1 minute (which by the way is healthy to do at work), they get on your case. They require emails to be reviewed/approved before they are sent. When they have meetings, they say they want your opinion/input, but that isn't true. They never take into consideration on how you feel or how the department should run, its managements way or the highway (even if the manager works from home and NEVER actually works). They always ask for doctors notes for proof you went to the doctor. They could barely keep any new employees since their rules are so strict. Last but not least, you always feel like you are in trouble even if you did nothing wrong.
