Worked with people my age when I was there (teens, early twenties)
Cons
Owners are out of their minds, they expect you to bend over backwards for these “guests” who have verbally and physically assaulted employees all for minimum wage, meanwhile owners show up in their expensive sports cars and try to lecture us on how to do our jobs. They don’t care the people come in are horrible all they want is money. Management plays favorites so it was impossible to move up even when you did your job.
