      Kitchen can get hot, workload can be very high. You might have to do a close followed by an open the next morning.

      Fast paced, teamwork heavy environment. If you can keep up, you’re family.

      Working in a beautiful 250 year old building has it’s drawbacks. Could be more accessible.
