This company can't find it's own identity. It's going thought a financial restructure to pay everyone less while the company continues to be more profitable. The higher ups including the executives all have their hands in the dirty cookie jar! This company talks about all their core values to cover up what's really going on with the Damon Diamantaras organization. If you enjoy peanut commissions and dancing clown managers then this job is for you! Just be warned that career paths here are slim to none. Hard work is not rewarded at the Go Solution. Favoritism will continue to play a huge factor in how your schedule plays out. Has the owner Damon Diamantaras once said you will find success in failure!
