Great place - SSE- Development The Graphic Design House Employee Review

It was a fantastic company that employed really nice people! such a lovely bunch to work with and the training I was given there was the best I have ever experienced.

Not long after starting they lost a few contracts and made some redundancies, I was affected but it became a bit of a struggle and managements expectations were unrealistic.

None that I can think of.

Unmanageable hrs . Unpaid holiday and constantly underpaid commission. Lack of ownership, respect and non stop back stabbing. Employees are scared to speak up. Others have complained and been exited.
