Pros

The only thing they do right is hire talented people, which is clients keep coming back.

Cons

The two women who run the company, Amy B and Amy F, are terrible bosses -- they have no what they're doing, they're mean, they micromanage, they're not supportive, they overwork everyone and don't appreciate how much people work and how good they are, they superficially pretend to be by having parties that everyone hates and sending silly gifts, they're only in it for the money, the whole "mission-driven" thing is just a brand -- they might as well be working for Coke or other corporations. It's just to support their fancy suburban lifestyles, they don't really care about the causes. There are many other places to work in the area that are much better -- look there instead.

Pros

The company does amazing work and the people who work there are kind, intelligent, impactful people who are looking to do good work.

Cons

The partners. Two white women who bought a company because they were bored with their rich lives and wanted to do “good” work but can’t even treat their employees with respect. Sometimes you’ll walk in a room with them and they couldn’t be bothered to lift their heads to say hello. They expect people to put out perfect products while they are talked down to, constantly criticized, and belittled. It’s a shame because the VPs are such a wonderful group of people along with the rest of the company. The downfall of this company will be the two leaders at the top.
