Since you are a current employee, we urge you to speak to either your supervisor or HR. If for whatever reason you are not comfortable doing so, please consider utilizing the anonymous ‘Ethics Hotline’ we created last month. Remember, the purpose of the ‘Ethics Hotline’ is to add an additional avenue for employees to report serious concerns. More information can be found on the Hope Drive under Human Resources. While you are there please check out our newly designed ‘Para to RBT program’. One of our goals as a company is to promote the professional development of our team. We hope that this will have a positive impact since Registered Behavior Technicians are compensated at a higher pay rate and have the ability to gain experience hours for a potential BCBA certification.
Additionally, we are working to expand our current training plans for the upcoming school year. Please let us know what specific areas you feel need more attention and we can collaborate on this over the next few weeks.
