      Mon-Thurs 10hr a day work weeks

      Cons

      Unorganized Chaos, poor management, no regular raises for those of us with excellent skills, speed and proficiency, parts not ordered on time or at all so we could complete contract orders in a timely manner.

      Pros

      IFH invests in its employees, leadership is transparent and communicates, leadership team cares, growth opportunities, excellent benefit package, increased pay scale, friendly/helpful co-workers, GREAT place to work!

      Cons

      Some employees just don't want to work, and call off, making more work for others; some employees are disrespectful to leaders - these guys gotta go!
