Icon Groups has the best work environment that I have ever been a part of. Everyone is so willing to help that you are constantly learning something new. There are also team nights every week where everyone from the office goes and does something fun! This position is the perfect combination of great work environment and growth opportunity. Never heard of a position that has better opportunity to grow in such a short amount of time. Love everything about Icon Groups!

A lot of driving. It helps if you have your own car, but it's not essential.

I had nothing but a great experience with Icon. Everyone is so goal oriented and dedicated. I met tons of wonderful people that were more than happy to help me achieve my goals and teach me everything I needed to know about sales. There is so much opportunity for growth in this business, and the fact that it's commission based means the sky is the limit! I will always recommend this job to anyone who asks. I wouldn't say there are any cons to this job. I loved everything about it. Some would say commission, but if you act on integrity and dedicate yourself as you are supposed to then the reward will come. This job gets you out of your comfort zone, shows you how to grow and then gives you the opportunity to run your own business. What cons are found in that?
