My dissatisfaction is a result of being let go by the company in a short time after I had turned into them a couple months worth of content and strategy proposals with concrete ideas. While my firing is a result of another employee stepping down, I was disappointed that the response was to let me go as well instead of seeing my value as an employee.

- Job Description during interview process was different from actual day to day job - Lot's of unspoken expectations and quick turnarounds - CEO's give out "know it all vibes" but it's a start up and that's to be expected - Getting hired here means working for 2 companies for the price of 1 which can be overwhelming at times
