      Pros

      It’s a school so you get federal holidays off, winter and spring breaks. The teachers are amazing and very friendly. There are great services being offered if you look for them.

      Cons

      The pay is extremely low, the aba pod is kept completely separate from everyone making it hard to connect with the school. The aba pod in particular is very “click” like and if you’re not in that click you’re out. There is no room for professional growth. All the supervisors and upper management are very passive aggressive about everything.

      Not many cons to speak of. Maybe not a lot of avenues for vertical movement.

      Lack of support for staff, benefits aren't that great
