      Pros

      The programs and what the organization is about is truly amazing. They literally are changing lives of kids who are in dire need.

      Cons

      No flexibility, no health insurance, no retirement, ED is a founder which is very difficult.

      Pros

      Friendly, fun environment with a fantastic mission. Good time off schedule around holidays and family obligations are taken into account. Benefits are fine, but not great. CEO cares deeply about the mission.

      Cons

      CEO is a micromanager who also shows favoritism in hiring and leadership. Friends and family are hired and treated differently from other employees. Favored employees get perks including late start time and ability to work remotely, while others are always required to be in the office early/later than everyone else.
