This place is a high pressure sales role It’s got almost a threatening environment if you don’t perform I would say the CEO has an overriding fear over everything and puts staff on warning so your consistently worried day in and day out The pressure of arranging the sale and packaging a. Deal is crazy and by lord you gotta find a way to close the deal and submit it ... even if it’s half vetted Some morning I would say morning to the CEO and get no response. I’ve been here coming up to a year and will leave soon after I’ve done my year . I wouldn’t recommend it . It’s also an isolated place . Don’t read the great reviews they are false by team leader , CEO and the P/A .
