I have been with The Lotus Method for over a year and a half and I can truly say this is a place you can call home. I have been in the health and training world for over 10 years and I can honestly say The Lotus Method is the only company I have worked for that emphasizes and facilitates seminars for continuing education for trainers and clientele. The Lotus Method invests in their employees, which is something you do not find often in a training position as well as great compensation and benefits.

I believe it is important to not get hung up on negatives but focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in action that support that. The Lotus Method adapted to training virtually within one day of lockdown during the pandemic. Employees were quickly able to work efficiently and clients were able to continue their exercise regime despite the state of the world.
