Lack of business development and dedicated team during contracts has led to consistent lay-offs when govt. contracts end; Execs expect fluidity and professionalism in office, but rarely interact with staff and in office before lunch; consistent IT issues result in many band-aid fixes and work-arounds; no formal training for new hires.

Very collegial environment, people tend to get along great; excellent work/life balance--people don't worry about how long you're there as long as work gets done

Pay is legitimately awful; zero transparency of upper management decision making; personnel decisions need to be much more thoughtful; some preferential treatment with certain employees
