Ethical supportive organisation with really good support for the community and staff. I like to be creative about how I meet targets and the line managers give me the freedom to try out novel strategies and regular 1-2-1s to gauge my progress.

Being a technical person I would have liked to have had more facilities to help carry out my duties, however, Pioneer offers enough for me to meet and exceed the company targets.

Have a number of project to improve the quality of life of the people.
