      Good Staff rates Work with friendly colleagues

      Cons

      Working till 3-4am Higher Managers will never speak to you and will always look down on you. Terrible pay for a high expectation You will have to do lots of management roles even though you are on a low salary

      Very flexible with work lot's of options including the chance to use experience from other sources other jobs in the industry

      Cons

      A lot of different rules to learn not like with the first company that I first started with de vere hotels

      Pros

      Management treats staff pretty fairly. Has decent pay

      Cons

      Drama between departments across all areas. No lunch breaks but it comes with the job of operating the desk, someone has to be there at all times
