Pros

Friendly lower level employees and

Cons

If your looking to grow, find another company. It takes 6 years for anyone to grow from an account executive position to account director. The company training is useless. Half the time we mute them because it’s useless to the reality of work. Upper management says they’re going to change but never do it’s been over a year and all we hear about is shallow boasting. They don’t have or want an art director They don’t have or want copywriters They don’t have or want social media managers They don’t have or want developers They don’t have or want human resources manager So a company that lacks Human Resources has a difficult time developing and maintaining a solid relationship with employees which is why people quit or get fired here in less than 3 months The problem is the operational director is supposed to fill a gap between company management and employees but instead she creates problems and all of lower management even two directors don’t trust her because she’s known for her poor managerial skills and gaslighting. Do not work here. This company is toxic. If one of the owners reads this we were warned we’re not allowed to speak to you. Director of operations is incompetent and poor leadership skills in every single person in upper management. They should bring in the business development manager to do her job and clean up the fear instilled in every employee. They have a record for firing people without reason. They have high employee turnover and still upper management hasn’t investigated.

Pros

The RAM Group is a great place to work for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience and grow professionally. Employees are trusted with meaningful responsibilities early on, which creates excellent learning opportunities and helps build confidence. The team has a small, close-knit culture that feels welcoming and supportive, making it easy to collaborate and learn from others. I’ve also gained valuable insight into the automotive industry and digital marketing, while having the freedom to develop new skills and contribute ideas.

Cons

As with many growing businesses, processes and responsibilities can evolve quickly, which may require employees to be adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats. Growth can sometimes create changing priorities, and additional structure in certain areas could help improve efficiency as the company continues to expand.

Pros

I’ve genuinely enjoyed working at The RAM Group. If you are someone who likes to move fast, solve problems, and be surrounded by people who care deeply about the work, this is a great place to be. One of the biggest strengths of the company is the culture of ownership and growth. Good ideas are listened to regardless of title, and there is a strong push toward innovation, automation, and continuous improvement. Leadership is highly involved and invested in building something meaningful long term, not just maintaining the status quo. The company also has a unique mix of agency creativity and operational discipline. You get exposure to many different parts of the business, especially in digital marketing, technology, operations, and strategy. If you are ambitious and proactive, there is real opportunity to grow your career here quickly. The people genuinely care about each other. The environment is demanding, but it comes from wanting to do great work and continuously improve. I’ve personally felt supported, challenged, and trusted with meaningful responsibility.

Cons

That said, this is probably not the right fit for someone looking for a slow-paced or highly structured corporate environment. Priorities can evolve quickly, expectations are high, and you need to be adaptable. The pace can be intense at times, but for the right person, that is part of what makes it exciting. Overall, I’m proud to be part of what we are building here and excited about where the company is headed.
