Pros
Excellent benefits: 127 hours of PTO earned for first year hires and more at 3 and 7 years tenure. Tuition reimbursement/assistance. Very good health insurance mostly covered by the company. Automatic 401k contribution without having to contribute yourself. Good short term company to work for, but if you want a career you will need to move on eventually.
Cons
Very low pay and tiny yearly raises yields no competition or drive from some workers which frustrates department managers because managers are essentially stuck with people that either cannot do the job well or will not do the job well.
