      Flexible, PTO,vacation, most are friendly and helpful

      Cons

      It seems like it’s becoming more about who you know and how much butt you kiss to be worked up the ladder. Management isn’t that helpful. No one contributes when you’re off to make sure you work isn’t piling up. When you let someone know you’re overwhelmed they just say “take it one order at a time” instead of trying to actually help

      Pros

      Team collaboration. Owners are hands on in a good way. developmental goals and pathways for growth are discussed. engaged and empathetic mgmt. Team communication. Work life balance is valued.

      Cons

      for sales, there is a lot to handle that isn't directly sales. Management is aware of this and tries their best to help which helps. things move quickly. New processes all of the time. The CRM is not easy to learn/navigate.
