Everyone is really nice and friendly, including managers. The production manager can be a little upright at times but only when we have big orders to fill quickly. There’s always possibly for overtime (typically coming in an hour early and/or leaving an hour later). Hours stay consistent, M-F, 40hr a week

Breaks are a little short **Edit from previous review: although the people you work with are nice and the hours stay consistent, there doesn’t seem to be much opportunity for growth. A lot of people have left due to their roles shifting but they pay staying the same. Some people had been working for the company for many years and have yet to see a raise. Also some things are concerning me, like the second microwave in the break room has been broken for over two weeks, and most of the ladies bring their own lunch and it takes 3-5 min per person to heat up theirs food. With the lunch break only being 30min, this causes an issue for those waiting to hear up their food and end up only getting ten minutes to eat. The microwave should have been replaced already. And the manager sometimes like to turn the air conditioning off in the production area which is very concerning because the handling all those large fabrics, it can get hot and stuffy. He’s trying to save money but being this is Georgia, high energy costs is inevitable so the company just needs to plan accordingly and not allow us to suffer.
