Bad pay, no support for employees, gaslighting, and power plays are all par for course with Raleigh House. They'll find any excuse to blame you for things that aren't your fault when they're the one responsible for training you. No humility and no empathy for employees who are struggling. This mental health facility does NOT care about your mental health
