      Lack of communication between leadership and staff. Things can be unorganized. Depending on your job your responsibilities can change from day-to-day.

      1 campus, not a traditional district, small student population.

      Cons

      Everyone in admin is family for the most part, so favoritism is always shown. Teachers and staff are not appreciated.
