Lack of Respect to Staff - Server/Waiter The Rice Den Employee Review

It’s a convenient location to work at.

I didn’t think they value their employees. Meanwhile all my colleagues were nice and friendly to me. Management was horrible. They constantly nitpicking little things. I didn’t see many people work there long term which was clearly a red flag. I also heard them yelling at staffs multiple times. It wasn’t a job worth keeping for me.

Other staff members are great. If you work a double shift you get lunch. Good tips.

Management is a nightmare. They are nice to you to begin with but slowly push you out. They swear at you. Talk behind your back. Make promises they don't keep. Give little to no training. Expect unreasonable hours which don't align with the role expectations.
