The Ridge team is extremely supportive, friendly, fun, and easy to get along with. Working at The Ridge is like working with a group of close friends. Company events are enjoyable and enriching. Lots of free Ridge products!
Cons
The entire creative team is extremely, severely disorganized. During my time at The Ridge, we were utilizing 5 different (but redundant) project management systems for one small creative team. Branding specifications changed on the daily, and the peer review process was also supremely disorganized. Tasks that should have taken a day or two took weeks due to micromanagement. Updating all project management systems took up more time than actual content creation. Felt like working for a brand new, inexperienced small company as opposed to an established & successful years-old brand. Work hours are whatever your supervisor/ superior decides; if they're working, you're also working and will be looked down upon if you're not. There is no work-life balance.
