      It's fully remote, management leaves you alone, no one breathes down your neck, you have editorial freedom. Hours are as needed.

      Cons

      Career mobility is very difficult as the company does not help you to build the kind of career you may want.

      Pros

      Great company I’ve interned for before Pandemic. No problems or cons whatsoever, they’ve given me all they’ve promised and more

      Cons

      Not many cons I can think of besides I. Just an intern and don’t have the control over think pieces as Much as I’d like, but that will come with time.

      Met some very cool people recording podcasts.

      Paid per session regardless of how long it took. No upward mobility despite doing a good job for 2 years.
