      Some decent people and decent projects

      Cons

      Year in and year out it's a crap shoot as to their financial condition. They cannot rely on Xerox as their go to guys forever. Salesforce stuff is small potatos, as SFDC looks at them as a no-factor. Avitrak not bad, but no sales in three years.

      Pros

      The work environment is very relaxed and offers a good work-life balance. The company is located in an old mansion on Park Ave so the office is kind of neat and the area is cool if you like that type of area.

      Cons

      Management is very indecisive and when they do make decisions they are knee jerk reaction that are not clearly thought it. The company lags in terms of application of technologies and one of the software managers is blatantly offensive and management appears to condone it. Sales and Marketing talks a good game but hasn't delivered in years.
