      A menos de que no tengas mucha experiencia realmente ayuda, ya que los múltiples proyectos y retos por venir haces que crezcas y te retes a ti mismo

      Realmente muchas: Pésima gestión de cambios Promesas imposibles a los clientes Nula organización del trabajo Trabajar horas extras es casi diario Incluso trabajar los fines de semana No hay planes de capacitación y crecimiento Realmente una empresa que, prometía bastante pero no la recomiendo para nada

      Pros

      The developers are great and they build software that works well. Payment was always on time.

      Cons

      They are not honest. Inexistent leadership, They will not pay you your commissions. Don’t trust anything management tells you, they will do the complete opposite. Cero benefits. They expect you to work overtime all the time.
