I have been working at The Shepherd Group for just under 12 months now, We have just relocated to a new location, and it has provided a healthy and clean environment for the whole team, The team has been very helpful, and the environment for team has been great to improve work life balance along with amazing workplace culture. The new location provides the team with a 600 square foot gym with a shower which provides the team with a great way to start or end off a day on the job and a café style lunch room which provides the perfect area to relax for your lunch break along with many other great amenities. The job opportunity has brought a lot of flexibility and the ability to provide me with the perfect work/life balance. From the first day on the job I was fully supported by the CFO and the CEO along with the rest of the team.

While working here I have not experienced any cons.

You’re forced to do after work activities without getting paid for them.

The office environment is dreadful, and the boss is incredibly toxic. If he's in a good mood, things are manageable, but if he's having a rough day, be prepared to face harsh treatment from a man who acts like he's still in his twenties. The turnover rate is through the roof, as people just don't want to stick around. It's an unhappy and draining place to work.
