Not worth it - Intern The Syndicate Employee Review

Culture is very click like. People will talk bad about you behind your back if you don't fit in with their culture. Nobody takes you seriously as an intern so you're often belittled or shrugged away. You'll spend more time doing nothing than actually learning. The projects interns get to contribute to are close to none. Interns aren't really valued. Just an extra pair of hands to do their dirty work for them like taking out their trash and cleaning their dishes.
