Pros
Pretty scenery and checks prices can add up fast (if willing to spend money)
Cons
I worked there for a three weeks and it was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I walked past a manager within the first week that I had never met and they did not say hi to me or introduce themselves (happened with two different managers). Every staff was extremely unwelcoming and uninviting. I would ask a question and be ignored. I would even say hi and be ignored. They are also very rude to each other. Two employees were fighting and a manager walked right past them with out saying a word (and saw them arguing)... Customers would be a hit or miss, especially out on the patio. Some would only order one drink and sit for three hours. Menu is expensive, so if they are willing to spend you would get a good tip. Bartending/barista was not worth the money, you could make more money at basically any other place.
