Worst employment experience ever - Did Not Receieve One The Tech Academy Employee Review

Employees are referred to as “subordinate” and management as “superiors”. Not inclusive culture. Closed to any new ideas. Very high risk exposure company. As they grow they will encounter more issues. Employees can be heard making fun of potential candidates and current workers. Other employees show animosity towards those with advanced degrees. Very low pay and no benefits. Culture resistant to change and weeds out those who would suggest change. Not many negative reviews because they quickly get rid of anyone who has an issue with how they are treated before they care enough to write a review. Not a disgruntled former employee, but one who is disgusted and appalled by their business practices.
