This is a GREAT place to work if you enjoy being productive and are looking to grow within a team/company. Because they are a #1 Team, it's a fast-paced environment where things need to be done efficiently and with a high quality of care. I personally look for a busy and exciting workspace where everyone is motivated to meet team goals. I love how hard-working and motivated everyone is, and it made me excited to be part of such a successful team. Monica is an enigmatic team leader who helps every member of the team see their full potential. She is super motivating! If you have the drive and work ethic to grow your career and be successful, this is the place to do it. PLUS+ everyone has a great sense of humour

I would caution anyone who likes to just do the same thing every day or doesn't want to grow in their role. It's an exciting work environment but it's not for everyone. Everyone on the team is very hard-working, so poor work ethic stands out. You can't get by doing the bare minimum. The team is really supportive but if you're looking to make excuses or just coast, it's not going to happen. They have a vision for their growth so they're always increasing their goals as they meet them. There's nothing stagnant about working here. They put emphasis on a very high quality of customer care. Because the team offers so many services to their clients, it can be a lot of moving parts on the backend. It can be challenging, but we're proud that we take such good care of people.

Amazing work ethic - to be around Monica and Ricardo is seriously inspiring. Seeing how hard they work and their commitment to their clients challenges me to push the envelope in my productivity and client care. I love being part of a team of positive and successful agents and admin - especially now with everything going on. It is so refreshing to be surrounded by supportive, creative people who are focused on growth. I can honestly say this is the first time I've felt like an employer genuinely cares about my personal and professional growth. There are so many great perks to working here but I'll say the top thing is Monica's training and guidance! She is an amazing motivator, role model, and team leader. And funny as heck!

It can definitely get overwhelming at times - it was a difficult adjustment at first. Sometimes things can seem almost too busy. Although, after 10 years in real estate, I am happier to be part of a busy team over a team with no deals - I'd choose this any day! Plus you get to be part of building these systems that support the team! I've been with teams that have all their systems set up but don't have any business to use the systems!
