Unfortunately, The Thomas Organization is troubled by constant growing pains. They are consistently short handed; their managers are overextended and communication is poor. Employees are frequently blamed for problems, when it is really because the managers told the boss what he wants to hear, not the reality. The focus seems to be on expanding the companies reach and range of services offered, not on building a bedrock of solid people and clients. People are sent out on jobs without proper training and support and this can really be a problem when offering social services.
