Management and staff do not care, owner only cares about his family and money, asks inappropriate questions in interview. Keeps toxic employees, doesn't try to solve issues and has continual turn over because of toxicity. Staff that does stay sits around and pretends to work while others run around for them then complain when they actually have to work. Departments work against each other. Plumbing department are money hungry vultures that steal other peoples sales and are as vindictive to other staff and clients if they don't see them making enough money for them.
