Pros

1. Talented, smart and creative colleagues. 2. Work from home

Cons

1. Salary in Instalments – Now Streaming Monthly Think of your salary like a web series—released in parts. You get 1/4 to 2/4 around the 3rd, and the remaining chunk lands (hopefully) around the 18th. Binge-watching not included. 2. Project Management – The Untaught Art Project planning here is more of a myth than a method. It’s clear that the basics of managing a development cycle—like realistic timelines or structured execution—are still a mystery. 3. Overcommit, Overwork, Understaff The go-to strategy? Promise the impossible to clients. And when deadlines start closing in, instead of hiring more people or adjusting expectations, they count on employees to stretch their limits (and sanity) with overtime. 4. The Great CTC Illusion The CTC looks good on paper—but 10% of it is a "company performance bonus" you’ll likely never see because the company is always in loss. Another 5% is your "individual performance bonus," which you’ll only unlock if you sell your soul… and maybe a kidney too. 5. Quarterly Feedback – Performance or Pay Cut Justification? In theory, the feedback system exists to help employees grow. In practice, scores often get reduced for vague or arbitrary reasons—conveniently making it easier to cut your variable pay. Constructive criticism? More like cost optimisation.

Cons

1. Renumeration and policies are pathetic 2. People are biased 3. You can keep your concerns to yourself because they are (usually) never addressed even if you bring them up 4. Unrealistic expectations from employees. Some team members might not even treat you like a human
