      Pros

      Constantly surrounded by incredibly intelligent driven people who are determined to bring out the best in you. Amazing culture of coaching, no one has a manager which creates an incredibly flat structure. Good pay for a first job, and awesome office + location in central London Lightning fast progression, unlike anywhere else I have seen.

      Cons

      Growing pains are starting to show and the organisation needs to adapt because of this. Pay could be better, especially the increases you get after each promotion.

      Lots of innovation, very interesting projects, ability to rapidly progress, management trusts you to take ownership of what you are passionate about.

      Cons

      You have to be comfortable with the fact that you will wear different hats and confident to take ownership of tasks outside of your comfort zone
