      Pros

      Great company which is teaching you how to become a CTO. Theodo created a framework to learn fast by solving real problem with really interesting people. It was really pleasant to work there and I could not have found a better place to learn. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to become CTO.

      Cons

      Learning fast has a price which is to give a lot of time and energy to your job. Before joining Theodo, make sure you know your priorities.

      Pros

      Lots of innovation, very interesting projects, ability to rapidly progress, management trusts you to take ownership of what you are passionate about.

      Cons

      You have to be comfortable with the fact that you will wear different hats and confident to take ownership of tasks outside of your comfort zone
