Super friendly and encouraging environment to work in. Team work throughout multiple departments is great - I love working with the therapists to provide the highest quality services for our families.

Waiting room can be a little loud during peak times (but that also just means that we are getting the work done and serving tons of families in our community).

TheraPLACE employees are passionate individuals who enjoy learning from each other as well as each child/young adult with whom they have the privilege of working alongside. A group of people that all value the team approach. TheraPLACE offers a flexible schedule including multiple locations to work at. Also, offers several avenues to host therapies including aqua, hippo, etc. to help therapists customize caseload/work environment that is best for them. Who would not want to rock a TheraPLACE t-shirt and yoga pants to work everyday :)
