My clinic had some of the best therapies, they truly were passionate about their care and made work fun each day. Everyone works together great, even at all the other clinics in our region there was never an issue or complaint.

Not the highest paying job

The company always had an "Open Door" policy with upper management. They took concerns seriously and they treated all employees as equals. They were positive and provided a positive atmosphere. I was saddened to be laid off, and the company was just as saddened to lose employees. I will always remember the staff at TIM.

The only challenges were that of learning how to deal with different types of patient situations, however, help was always provided when a tough situation occurred.
